I know that it isn’t quite fall yet but my dad’s pears on the farm will be ready to be picked from the pear trees soon and they are looking amazing this year. This got me thinking that I wanted to create a fall salad with pears, apples, cranberries and more. This loaded pear and apple salad is super delicious (and can actually be made anytime of year) and doesn’t take too long to make.
