Following a no-carb, no-sugar diet

Saif followed a no-sugar, no-carb diet which helped him lose the extra muscular weight easy. He also practiced portion control.His breakfast included something like oatmeal made with skimmed milk and topped off with some fresh fruits.
He restricted himself to a bowl of seasonal salad during lunchtime and for dinner, he usually had light fillet steak. The actor also generally loves home-cooked food and avoids eating outside.
